Need additional rooms for private meetings during the trade show? No problem! The Aqua Turf can prepare for and host all facets of your event.
Trade Show Packages at the Aqua Turf Include:
- Room rental (time varies based on your event)
- Sit-down, buffet, or stations menu
- Tables and chairs
- White floor-length tablecloths with your choice of 20 overlay colors
- Standard white napkins
- Lantern centerpieces
- Single microphone with a podium
- Stage (for events held in either/both of the Kay’s Pier spaces)
- Registration / check-in tables
- Coat check with attendant
- Wi-Fi
- A maître d' to oversee and manage the event from start to finish
Vendor booths or tables and audio-visual equipment are available for an additional cost.
