1. Convenience of a Centralized Corporate Event Venue Location
The Aqua Turf Club is located right in central Connecticut, off of I-84 and I-691, about 20 minutes from Hartford, and 35 minutes from New Haven. With several local hotels less than 10 minutes from the venue, Aqua Turf’s location provides ease of access and convenient accommodation options for anyone who may have to travel into the area to attend your event. There are convenient drop-off locations on the property, and parking at the venue is always free and plentiful.
2. Flexible Layout and Exhibitor Spaces
We will work directly with your company to create a layout of the venue that works best for your corporate event. With four different event spaces, and two that combine into one larger space, we can fit anywhere from 100 to over 1,000 guests. In our largest event spaces (Kay’s Pier North & Kay’s Pier South) we can provide a customizable stage at no extra cost for you. This stage can be set up for a panel discussion, guest interview, award ceremonies, or any other needs you may have for a stage.
We can also provide space for anywhere from 5 to over 120 exhibitors, depending on what your trade show needs are! We offer a limited number of 8-foot display tables for any awards, raffles, or auction items you may want to display for your event. Please note: Additional vendor or display tables are available for additional rental costs if you require them. Ask a member of our team for more information!

3. Customizable Catering and Competitive Pricing
The Aqua Turf Club specializes in Italian American cuisine, but we also offers several different customizable menu options for your event. Whether your event is early in the day, a luncheon, or an evening reception, our chefs will put together a variety of appetizers, entrees, and desserts, to ensure that there is something for all your guests to enjoy. Our menu pricing includes the cost to rent a dining room for your event. There is no additional room rental fee unless your group requires multiple dining rooms.
4. Complimentary A/V Equipment and Room Decor
All our dining rooms include a wired mic and podium set up at no additional charge to you—a service many venues charge extra for. Additional audio-visual equipment can be provided for a fee if you require it. Ask a member of our team for more information!
Customize the look of your corporate event by using one of our 20 different tablecloth colors and lantern centerpieces for your dining tables, both of which are provided free of charge.

5. Premium Guest Experience at No Extra Cost
Your corporate event will also have complimentary parking lot attendants to greet your guests and direct them to the proper entrance for your event. Once they enter the venue, Aqua Turf provides a complimentary coat and umbrella check before dinner and after dessert is served. If you’d like assistance tracking your guests as they arrive, our team can assist with the check-in process using the guest list you provide.
Aqua Turf will also provide your group with a day of maitre ‘d who will work with you directly and oversee the Aqua Turf staff and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Need to use Wi-Fi? No problem! Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to all clients and guests at Aqua Turf. All guests will also have access to 35 acres of beautifully maintained grounds for taking a stroll if there are any breaks in your program or event.
