A Four-Course New Year’s Eve Dinner Worth Dressing Up For
Your evening kicks off with a lively cocktail hour, featuring appetizers and drinks while you mingle with other guests. Treat yourself to delicious, freshly prepared shrimp cocktail and a selection of hot hors d’oeuvres. Assorted cheeses, crackers, and hand sliced pepperoni are also plentiful during this time.
Resist the temptation to fill up during the cocktail hour, because you still have lots of delicious food to look forward to! Your dinner service begins with a salad. Next comes the pasta course, but if you don’t think you have room for the pasta, we can pack that up for you to go!
Our chefs don’t use warmers: each course is timed to be ready as soon as it’s time to send it to the dining room. The result? Fast service, hot food, and restaurant-quality plating on a grand scale, whether we’re serving 100 guests or 1,000!
After the pasta course, our servers will bring out main entrees. Our Surf & Turf is a popular option (with your steak cooked just the way you like it). But if you prefer something lighter, we also offer chicken or vegetarian entrees.
If you have allergies or special dietary requirements, our servers will pay close attention to ensure you can feel safe and confident enjoying everything that comes from the kitchen. Our wait staff are professionally trained over the course of several weeks before they’re allowed to be a part of our team on their own. You can be assured that the service you experience is top notch and intimate for each guest.
For dessert, each table shares a platter of different treats selected by our chef each year. Coffee (caffeinated and decaf) and tea are served with the meal, again with dessert, and a coffee table is open for the rest of the evening, as well.
New Year’s Eve Party Entertainment
After the dinner plates are cleared the entertainment takes over and provides some fun interactive games before the dance floors open up.
Savage Brothers Band will take the stage in The Wagon Room. This local band has been playing our New Year’s Eve celebration for over a decade. Their loyal following means The Wagon Room sells out fast and for good reason. High-energy dancing, live vocals, and nonstop celebration.
In Kay's Pier, DJ Andy from GO! Event Group keeps the vibes high with crowd-pleasing hits across generations. Expect throwbacks, current favorites, and dance-floor anthems. You’ll find yourself incapable of staying in your seat!

Once the dinner service concludes, guests are free to move about the venue to experience everything we have to offer from the time dessert is served until after the clock strikes midnight and the new year begins!
Our New Year’s Eve guests also enjoy access to a top shelf open bar for the entire 6 ½ hour event. There are no restrictions as to what drinks you can order or available liquors you can request, aside from shots being unavailable for the safety of everyone in attendance. With such a wide range of options available for liquor, beer, and wine, our professional bartenders can craft just about anything you can think of! Don’t forget to tip your mix masters!
As midnight approaches, the lights dim, and the energy builds. We start pouring the champagne about 20 minutes before the clock strikes midnight, so everyone has a chance to toast and ring in the new year together!
